Due to increasing construction cost, we commit orders to our suppliers on the date of the Offer to Purchase. Therefore, in most cases we cannot alter, change or add to the specifications. In order for any change to be implemented, all requests, after the offer becomes firm, must be in writing and accepted by the builder.
All plans and specifications are subject to reasonable modification, as necessary, at the discretion of the Vendor.

Premium molded Steel-clad Sectional roll-up garage overhead doors with plexiglass inserts as per elevation.
Upgraded color matching Polymeric Acrylic caulking to all exterior windows and doors.
One coat of low VOC paint on trim and walls 1 color painted interior walls throughout and 1 color trim and doors painted white, 1 color ceilings painted white throughout.
The Tarion Warranty Corporation backs White Rose Park with the following:
Defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year
Defects materials for a period of two years on electrical, plumbing and heating distribution systems. Any water penetration through exterior cladding, windows, doors, and exterior caulking.
Major structural defects for a period of seven years please refer to your homeowner information package and/or visit tarion.com for further details.

*Please Note: The Vendor shall have the right to make reasonable changes in the opinion of the Vendor in the plans and specification if required and to substitute other material for that provided for herein with material that is of equal or better quality than that provided for herein. The determination of whether a substitute material is of equal or better quality shall be made the Vendor’s architect whose determination shall be final and binding. Color, texture, appearance, etc. of features and finishes installed in the Property may vary from Vendor’s samples because of normal manufacturing and installation processes. E. & O.E.
