SIGNATURE BLING BUILDS vs. SURVIVORS
Only second to NOS ( New Old Stock) , survivors are considered by some collectors to be the most valuable due to their originality and untampered status . A true survivor must have all the original components, paint and many even have the bike show sticker still in tack. These sometimes “Holy Grails” of BMX can command top dollar to the right collectors. Although survivor bikes tell us stories from the past, and usually have battle scars as evidence, there is a downside. Many survivors have been sitting in an attic, barn or backyard and in many cases require so form of restoration. Finding a pristine survivor is especially rare because these bikes were most likely used and even abused since they rolled out of the bike shop. Like anything collectable, old doesn’t mean its valuable, it comes down to the, rareness of the make, model and the overall condition.
Survivors are a great part of any collection, however many of these holy grails lack the head turning appeal and will never have that showroom sparkle we all desired in our early riding days. we fully appreciate that some people prefer the ” worn” look and appreciate the story telling scars of the bike. That’s totally cool, but why not have the best of both worlds?

Our goal is to preserve the bikes history and character while carefully adding our signature touch to improve the overall look and appeal. In other words bling it up!
